Blend of upland and low land switchgrasses. It has newer genetics and the bio diversity to handle a variety of soils and locations. Many of you may have areas your seeding that contains diverse terrain. This blend handles those conditions. This blend can be planted from North to South because of the genetic selections. Can be seen growing on sites with a pH level of 4.5-7.6.

Rutabaga

 

Rutabagas are sweeter and with the higher sugar content, they are a more desirable growing option for earlier season planting. They also can be planted in August or early September as well, and will produce similar bulb as the turnip, with the shorter season. Rutabaga is a relatively unknown option for your deer food plot needs. They look very similar to the purple top turnips, except for the rutabaga tends to be 40-50% larger of bulb. The Rutabaga produces a higher amount of above leaves as well, compared to the turnips. pH range of 6-7.

Crimson Clover

Reseeding annual clover that handles many soil conditions. Is more drought and heat tolerant than many other clovers. A great addition to current perennial blends as well as an companion crop to your fall brassica blends. When planted in the fall, Crimson Clover produces more forage at low temperatures. It thrives when planted with other grasses and is an excellent late winter grazing crop. pH range of 5.5-6.4. This does not do well in extreme heat or extreme cold

Aberlasting Clover

Aberlasting clover is a hybrid clover with improved cold tolerance and longevity. It has the advantages of ladino clover and kura clover. It performs well on both light soils and wet soils. It will creep and become vigorous over the seasons. It is graze tolerant and can be planted across all areas of the US. Will thrive on soils with a pH is 5.5-6.4 and performs well in a low light areas.

Sanctuary Blend

Forage Brassica

G..R.O. Forage brassica. A brand new brassica blend to the United States. It contains 3 varieties that are 80-100 days to full maturity and is a high yielder. It is a tall growing brassica blend as much as 12″ taller than rape. It has a great insect and disease resistance. The deer love it. It is higher in sugar and more attractive to deer. It can be added to a current blend or planted alone. It is best incorporated into blends at 2-5 lbs per acre. Full rate is 8-10 pounds per acre. It can be planted in late May or early June or in august-september in the north and september-october in the south. You will not find this brassica elsewhere. G.R.O. Forage brassica blend does not produce a bulb. It is a tall and fast growing true forage brassica.

The trace minerals are chelated with EDTA to aid in ease of absorption and utilization. It is a cost effective, easy to apply product that enhances food plots, gardens, soybean and corn fields, hay and pastures. It increases root development, early season vigor, yield per acre, and much more. also contains humic acid, which helps loosen compacted soil, resulting in more soil oxygen. Can be tank mixed with herbicides, gives immediate response to the plant, helps absorption of nutrients, balances the pH of water to help chemicals work better, works on all plants.

G.R.O. Hemp Rope Kit

Hemp Rope Kit contains 6- 3 foot long untreated hemp ropes, and 6 zip ties. Hemp ropes should be hung from a branch with the bottom of the rope at approximitely 3 feet from the ground. Make a mock scrape under the rope. You can use this to your advantage by placing ropes about 20 yards from your deer stands. It also helps to make other series of mock scrapes across the property.
