Welcome to the Middleton Farmers Cooperative. Here you can specify the materials and quantities necessary for your order. You can also provide additional information regarding the delivery and placement of materials. Fill out the information below to schedule a delivery.

We will call you to confirm all of the information you provide and ask when you want to receive this delivery, (we must ask when you want this delivery over the phone because there is no guarantee we can do it on certain days due to other deliveries, holidays, weekends, short staff, and more).

We will also call you to pay for this delivery. If you want to pay by check, just let us know over the phone when we call you.
