What do the numbers mean on the bag?

N – P – K

N – Nitrogen; P – Phosphorus; K – Potassium

These three numbers represent the percentage of primary nutrients, (nitrogen(N) – phosphorus(P) – potassium(K)), in the bag. This label, known as the fertilizer grade, is a national standard.
